Not gone, not broken — only blurred. The voice of thought waiting to be heard again.

Brand Story
An invitation to participate in a prospective longitudinal study of you / your loved one's brain recovery from post-stroke language impairment.
Strategy
This design uses a simple grid system, retro textures, and a soft blur effect to evoke the experience of an aphasia patient — where words exist, yet cannot be seen or structured.
Language retains its presence, but its meaning feels lost, as if suspended in a state of limbo. Meanwhile, artist Benedict Yu visualized the brand identity, highlighting the components responsible for various aspects of human consciousness.
His work helps recipients of the invitation better understand the research’s intent, while preserving the professional tone associated with a leading medical institution in Singapore.
